Troup Classroom Usage Guidelines

The purpose of the Troup Classroom (G-level Health Sciences Library) is to provide an environment for members of the UC community to hold meetings, seminars, training, and to support the educational mission of the University.

Users

The Troup Classroom accommodates up to thirty individuals. It may be reserved for use by any UC faculty, staff, or student group but must be used for educational purposes.

Scheduling

The hours of availability are Monday-Friday, 8AM – 5PM and Sunday, 12-5PM. Please note that the HSL follows the holiday and weather-related schedule of Main Campus.

  • Reservation Form - Please fill out the reservation form within 25Live. Any questions can be asked at the HSL front desk or at (513) 558-0127.

Food & Drink

Food is not permitted in the classroom. Drinks must be in sealable containers.

Room & Equipment Use

  • Nothing may be attached to the walls.
  • The key for the classroom may be checked out and returned to the library circulation desk. You must present your UC ID to do so.
  • The individual or organization that makes the original reservation is responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment or facilities. By submitting this request, you assume liability for any broken, damaged, altered, or stolen items.
  • The HSL reserves the right to withdraw permission for use when conditions warrant and reserves the right to stop events that interfere or disrupt library operations.
