Corrections, Omissions, and Suggestions
The UCBA Library will accept and post the following college governance documents:
- Meeting Minutes (Committees, Sub-Committees, Ad Hoc Committees)
- Annual Reports
- Faculty Handbook
- Staff Handbook
Procedure for Submitting Committee Documents
- Please include the following information for each document:
- Committee Name
- Date
- Type of Document (Minutes, Annual Reports, etc.)
- Include any supporting materials (reports, charts, or added information) as part of the document. The Library does not perform document manipulation.
- Submit final, approved documents, not drafts.
- Documents must be submitted electronically in either Word or pdf format to Stephena Harmony. No paper copies will be accepted.
Posting of Committee Documents
Documents received within a month will be posted by the 1st day of the following month. Document posting will be expedited, by request, when possible.
The index is updated monthly by Google crawler. It will take at least a month for recently posted minutes, bylaw changes, and reports to be reflected in the index.
Missing Committee Documents
If you have a document that is not present on the UCBA Committee & Faculty Meeting Minutes Web page, please forward it to the Chair of the appropriate committee.
Corrections, Omissions, and Suggestions
Committees should review the UCBA Committee & Faculty Meeting Minutes Web page and forward any corrections, omissions or suggestions to Stephena Harmony.
For questions regarding the content of committee minutes and annual reports or the availability of specific minutes, please contact the Chair of the appropriate committee.
