By funding a UC Gift Annuity, you can receive a fixed income for life and enjoy tax benefits while providing generous support to the University of Cincinnati. In return for a transfer of cash, securities, or other property, the UC Foundation agrees to pay a fixed sum of money annually to one or two named annuitants for their lifetimes.

The University of Cincinnati Foundation guarantees all lifetime annuity payments.

The UC Gift Annuity agreement is a simple, one-page document signed by the donor and the UC Foundation. As with any legal document, the agreement should be reviewed by your legal advisor.
