| The Robert A. Deshon and Karl J. Schlachter Library for Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP) has undergone a transformation of its first floor thanks to generous gifts from Mark and Rosemary Schlachter and Jane Foster. “The change in the DAAP library is more than significant, it is inspiring,” said Rosemary Schlachter during a recent tour of the library. “The renovations reflect the creative principles of design that the teaching materials offered there present.” Improvements made possible with the gift from Mr. and Mrs. Schlachter include:
