Giving to University Libraries

Peggy Wolf, Development Officer, peggy.wolf@uc.edu

Libraries support teaching, learning, and research throughout the University of Cincinnati. Many of the library resources and services UC students and faculty have come to rely on are:

  • More than three million volumes and 37,668 subscriptions to print and electronic journals and databases
  • Ten libraries ranging from specialized college and departmental libraries, such as the Engineering Library and the Classics Library, to the Walter C. Langsam Library
  • In-depth reference assistance in person, online through the Web, via e-mail, or by telephone
  • More than 300 public computers available throughout the libraries
  • Instructional sessions to support the teaching, learning, and research needs of the UC community
  • Quiet places to study in between and after classes.

Your gift to University Libraries will help us continue to provide access to premier library collections, quality service, and inviting facilities in order to keep students at the center of all we do. To make a gift to University Libraries, please use the postage-paid envelope in this issue of Source, make an online donation through the secure University of Cincinnati Foundation Web site at <www.giveto.uc.edu>, or call the Library Development Office at (513) 556-0055 or 1-888-556-8889 (toll free).
