A Tribute: Roger P. Schlemmer, 1933-2007

The Libraries extend sympathy to the family of Mr. Roger P. Schlemmer, a long-time supporter of the Engineering Library. We gratefully acknowledge the generous gifts that he made with his wife, Nancy, to establish the Schlemmer
Family Engineering Library Fund and the Endowment Fund. The Schlemmer Family gifts have helped underwrite the annual subscription for the IEEE Electronic Library, resources in nanoscale science and technology, pertinent STEM² materials, a student scanning station, and other funding needs of the Engineering Library.

Retired President of Schlemmer & Associates, Roger was a UC Engineering alumnus (1956) as were his father, Roger E. Schlemmer (1929), his uncle, Oliver C. Schlemmer (1928), and his grandfather, Oliver H. Schlemmer (1898).
