Have a reference question? Need help finding a library resource online? For answers to all of your library questions, chat with a librarian online with KnowItNow, a 24/7 chat service.

An OhioLINK research librarian provides KnowItNow service Monday through Thursday from 1pm to 9pm, and Friday from 1pm to 6pm. At all other times, a public librarian is available to answer questions.

To access KnowItNow, users visit http://academic.knowitnow.org/ and choose “University of Cincinnati” from the dropdown box. Users are then prompted to provide their e-mail address, screen name, and their reference question to begin the chat session.

KnowItNow is a service of the State Library of Ohio and local Ohio public libraries. It is provided to academic libraries in collaboration with OhioLINK. More information about KnowItKnow is available online.
