Elna's nominator articulates what those who have had the pleasure to work with Elna know that "she shows respect to all, encourages teamwork, and inspires people to work hard." The quality service she provides to her colleagues is apparent in her willingness to provide leadership in a multitude of task forces, working groups, and interim department head assignments. The QSI Awards Committee congratulates Elna and thanks her for her excellent service to library users and colleagues alike! This Quality Service Award, presented three times per academic year, recognizes library employees who provide the best possible service to library users as well as to colleagues. |
