This summer, over 4,000 incoming students participating in UC's New Student The students toured stations throughout the library within the categories of "Get Plugged In," "Create an Impression," and "Make the Grade." They participated in interactive activities such as writing on the information chalkboard, watching a video about the Student Technology Resources Center (STRC), quizzing a student library worker, and taking a walking tour of the 5th floor of the library. The activities were designed to be entertaining while at the same time educating new students about the various resources and services available in the library.
