Journals

Use the first four methods to find "specific" journal titles or use method #5 to build a current list of U.C. held journals in your subject area.                

Method #1   -   To find full-text (electronic) journals

Select  [Full Text Journals] to search or browse for full-text.

 

Method #2   -   To find paper copy and selected full-text journals not represented in Method #1

Select [Library Catalog (UCLID)] to conduct a journal title search.

 

Method #3   -   To find journals in local libraries

Select one of the following links to see if a local library owns your journal.

Method #4   -   Interlibrary Loan

Request a copy of an article through the Interlibrary Loan service .

 

Method #5   - Build Your Own List of Journals in Geography or Subset of Geography

• To build a list of full-text (electronic) journals, select [Full Text Journals]   and perform a "Loose words search" for your topic area, e.g. geography, geographic information systems, or tourism.

 

• To build a list of paper and selected full-text (electronic) journals, select [UCLID] and perform either a "title," "keyword" or "subject" search for your topic area, e.g. geography, geographic information systems, or tourism.
