Most documents published by NCJRS sponsoring agencies since 1995 are available in full text.   NCJRS is a federally funded resource that provides criminal justice and substance abuse information to support research, policy, and program development worldwide.   NCJRS is sponsored by the following U.S. government agencies: Dept. of Justice, Dept. of Homeland Security, and the Executive Office of the Presidency (Office of National Drug Control Policy).    The NCJRS database includes over 180,000 publications of which over 7,000 titles are full-text.   Earlier edition available in CD-ROM format (1998) and in print (Gov Docs   J 28.31/2:;J 28.31/2: J 28.31/2-2:997).   The NCJRS microfiche collection (Microfiche# 890) contains the full-text of publication from 1981 to 1996.
