Requesting Engineering Materials
Note: The Engineering Library request forms for SWORD and Document Delivery are being replaced by ILLIAD. Please update your bookmarks to illiad.uc.edu/index2.html.
Before placing a request, check the Library Catalog ( UCLID) and Full Text Journals.
- SWORD Requests - for articles in journals (dated prior to 1985) at the Southwest Ohio Regional Depository (SW Depository). Users who are NOT affiliated with the University of Cincinnati should use the SW Depository Request Form.
- ILLIAD - for items not available at UC or available for requesting through OhioLINK.
- UC Medical Library Journal Articles - use this form to request articles from bound journals found in the UC Health Sciences Library. For articles found in unbound (current) issues, please go to Wherry Hall Room 121 between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Mon.-Fri.
- Ask a Librarian or see the Engineering Reference Librarian in 850L Baldwin Hall (Engineering Library).
