TRANSPORT combines the following databases: Transportation Research Information Services (TRIS) containing bibliographic citations on surface transportation modes, air transport, and highway safety; the OECD's International Road Research Documentation (IRRD) containing abstracts on highway research in OECD member countries; and the ECMT TRANSDOC database containing abtracts of transportation economics literature. The TRANSPORT collection contains over 700,000 records. The TRIS database is offered for free by the TRB. The free version does not index the IRRD material.
