Luna Insight Tutorial
Using the Java Client
The DAAP library uses Luna Insight to manage its collection of digital images.
There are two ways to access the DAAP Digital Image Collection: from the Web and from Luna’s Java Client. These instructions are for the Java Client as it offers the following advantages over the Web version:
Create presentations using PowerPoint or HTML
Search across multiple collections
Customized thumbnail descriptions and sorting
Enhanced zooming and panning features
Important! Browser settings that block pop-up ads or Java may prevent correct operation of the Insight Browser or Java clients. Be sure to allow java and pop-ups for this url: digitalprojects.libraries.uc.edu.
