Center for Sustainable Urban Engineering (SUE) - A trans-disciplinary education and research center. The center at UC studies how urban infrastructure and environmental policies affect the long-term health and wealth of cities and develops and disseminates information regarding the scientific metrics, policies and technologies that promote the evolution of economically and environmentally sustainable urban regions.
Students for Ecological Design (SED) - Created in order to bring together and transmit knowledge between a collection of people interested in the education, promotion, and implementation of environmentally focused design. Specific goals include: promoting sustainable and ecological design education, sponsoring student participation in workshops and conferences, and playing an active role in raising environmental design awareness in the community.
University of Cincinnati Climate Commitment - The University of Cincinnati formally announced its decision to "go green" Tuesday, Oct. 30 by hosting an environmental sustainability lecture, after joining the American Colleges & University Presidents' Climate Commitment (ACUPCC).
University of Cincinnati Sustainability Committee - An interdisciplinary body at the University of Cincinnati dedicated toward building a sustainable campus.
