- Present a Hughes STEM ID card.
- Fill out a patron registration form
- After turning in the patron registration form to a UC Libraries staff member, a UC borrower's card will be given to you when you check out your first resource, at that point OR it will be mailed to your home.
The loan period for STEM students is 3 weeks, with up to 3 renewals.
Checking out Public Library of Cincinnati & Hamilton County Materials
- Fill out the Library Card Application / Update Form online and a card will be send to your home. Then the parent and the teen will need to go to the library to activate the card.
OR
- Fill out the printed form
- A parent and teen must take the form to one of the public libraries. Parent must present a photo ID to the circulation staff. If the photo ID does not have the current address, one of the following records will also need to be presented – utility bill, pay stub, lease agreement, personal check, post office verification, etc. If you have further questions, see the “My Account – Apply for a library card” page housed on the Public Library server.
