ERIC   (Educational Resources Information Center) 1966- Includes full-text)
ERIC is the world's largest source of information for education research and practice.   It contains abstracts and some full-text of journal articles, documents (ED's), books and papers.   The U.S. Department of Education produces this database.

Education Abstracts 1983 - (Includes full-text)
This database indexes 423 core international periodicals, monographs, and yearbooks in education. Topics include a wide range of contemporary education issues, including government funding, instructional media, multicultural education, religious education, student counseling, competency-based, and information technology

Education Research Complete

Indexes 1,500 journals, of which 750 are available in full-text. One-hundred (100) books/monographs and numerous education-related conference papers are also available full-text

Professional Development Collection (Includes full-text)
Designed for professional educators, this database provides a highly specialized collection of nearly 600 full text journals, including more than 350 peer-reviewed titles. Professional Development Collection is the most comprehensive collection of full-text education journals in the world.

Academic Search Premier 1984-   (Includes full-text)
Contains full text for nearly 3,180 scholarly publications and includes full-page images. Educational Foundation students will find the full text journal coverage in the fields of social sciences, humanities, education and ethnic studies helpful. Other disciplines are also covered.

Anthropology Databases

Anthropological Literature 1800-
This database is a bibliographic index to articles and essays on anthropology and archaeology, including art history, demography, economics, psychology, and religious studies. Updated quarterly, Anthropological Literature indexes articles two or more pages long in works published in English and other European languages from the 19 th century to the present.

Human Relations Area Files (eHRAF) (Includes full-text)
The eHRAF Collection of Ethnography, produced at Yale University, is a cross-cultural database containing over 350,000 pages of information on all aspects of cultural and social life. The information is organized into cultures and ethnic groups. These full-text sources are subject-indexed at the paragraph level

Psychology and Behavioral Sciences Collection  (Includes full-text)
This database provides coverage of more than 550 full text journals, including more than 500 peer-reviewed titles. Psychology & Behavioral Sciences Collection covers topics such as emotional and behavioral characteristics, psychiatry & psychology, mental processes, anthropology, and observational and experimental methods. Updated daily.

PsycINFO 1967- (Includes full-text)
PsycINFO provides abstracts and citations to the scholarly literature in the behavioral sciences and mental health. The databases includes material of relevance to psychologists and professionals in psychology and related fields such as psychiatry, management, business, education, social science, neuroscience, law, medicine, and social work. The following materials formats are found in this database: 1800 international journal titles written in 24 languages, chapter and book coverage, dissertations and technical reports.

Family & Society Studies Worldwide Database  (Includes full-text)
This database includes nearly 600,000 records with an international scope. A wide range of social science disciplines including anthropology, sociology, psychology, demography, health sciences, education, economics, law, history, and social work are represented. This database contains materials from professional journals, books, popular literature, conference papers, internet documents, government reports, videos, pamphlets and unpublished material such as poster sessions and statistical documents. Records may be directly exported into ProCite, EndNote or Reference Manager.

SocINDEX   (Includes full-text)
SocINDEX is a comprehensive sociology database featuring citations with subject headings from a sociology specific thesaurus. It contains informative abstracts for more than 590 "core" journals dating back to 1985. SocINDEX provides data mined from more than 500 "priority" coverage journals and 1040 "selective" coverage journals, and it provides extensive indexing for monographs, conference papers, and other sources. The database offers coverage from all subdisciplines of sociology

Sociological Collection  (Includes full-text)
This database covers all areas of sociology, including social behavior, human tendencies, interaction, relationships, community development, culture and social structure.Full text is provided for more than 620 important journals, including more than 580 peer-reviewed titles.

Tests and Measurements

HaPI - Health and Psychosocial Instruments
This database provides ready access to information on measurement instruments in the health fields, psychosocial sciences, organizational behavior and library and information science.The following materials are included: questionnaires, interview schedules, checklists, index measures, coding schemes/ manuals, rating scales, projective techniques, vignettes/scenarios and tests. HAPI assists researchers, practitioners, educators, administrators, and evaluators to identify measures needed for research studies, grant proposals, client/patient assessment, class papers/projects, theses/dissertations, and program evaluation.

Mental Measurements Yearbooks
Mental Measurements Yearbook, produced by the Buros Institute, contains full-text information about and reviews of all English-language standardized tests covering educational skills, personality, vocational aptitude, psychology, and related areas as included in the printed Mental Measurements Yearbooks. This database contains data from Yearbooks 9 through 15.

Theses and Dissertations

Dissertation Abstracts (Digital Dissertations) 1861-
This database contains more than 1.6 million entries for doctoral dissertations and master's theses from over 1,000 North American graduate schools and European universities. Since 1997, new publications have been available electronically, and many publications can be ordered through Interlibrary loan or through the system for a fee.

Index to Theses -produced by British and Irish Universities 1716-
A comprehensive listing of theses with abstracts accepted for higher degrees by universities in Great Britain and Ireland.
