The SPIN database (Searchable Physics Information Notices) provides the most current indexing and abstracting of more than 100 major physics, astronomy, and engineering journals and conference proceedings. It provides access to over 1 million abstracts and is updated daily. Approximately 50,000 new records are added annually. The Digital Object Identifier is provided for articles published in many journals after 1995.
