The following journals are NOT included in the IEEE Xplore: Canadian Journal of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Journal of Electronic Materials; Electrochemical and Solid-State Letters, Today's Engineer, The Institute Newspaper, Engineering Management Review, and the Membership Directory.
