arrested for possession of drugs in 1971, served 8 months, 3 days in the Workhouse. Involved in class action lawsuit against Workhouse in March 1972 for violation of 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th, 9th and 14th amendments. Maintained that conditions at the Workhouse "violate sections of the Cincinnati and Ohio building codes."
