University Libraries Strategic Plan
In the summer of 2002, University Libraries embarked on strategic planning for 2003-2005 to guide University Libraries as it continues to provide excellent service and positions itself as the scholarly information gateway of first choice for the UC community. The plan, which includes a mission, vision, values, strategic directions, and action steps for was completed and adopted February 2003. Over the course of the plan, several task forces worked to implement the various action items within the plan.
Upon completion of the 2003-2005 plan, a new Strategic Plan, 2007-2009, was completed and implemented in Spring 2007. The University Libraries Strategic Plan, 2007-2009 is available online.
