Analyst for Library Public Services and Emerging Technologies
Provides responsive and timely technology support for library users in public services in UC Libraries (UCL) and a reliable technology environment for users across UCL West Campus Libraries. Supports library equipment, software and other technologies related to user experiences and serves as a liaison between public services staff and Library IT. Assists with planning, implementing and trouble-shooting of new technologies, and assists with overall project management.
