The InfoSci-Online database, published by Idea Group Inc. (IGI), is a comprehensive collection of full-text literature in the fields of information science, technology, and management. Information covering research, trends, technologies, challenges, and other topics is available at the click of a mouse in the form of thousands of searchable documents from IGI publications. InfoSci-Online allows the user to narrow the search by identifying areas of research interest and keywords.

This database covers market data on the information technology industry including computers, peripherals, software, storage, the Internet, and communications equipment. Details include sales and shipment forecasts, market share, installed base, and planned purchases. Users can download data entries as Excel spreadsheets.

GeoRef, available through OhioLINK, provides access to the geoscience literature of the world. The database indexes geoscience journal articles, books, maps, conference papers, reports, and theses. The GeoRef database covers the geology of North America from 1785 to the present and the geology of the rest of the world from 1933 to the present. The database includes references to all publications of the U.S. Geological Survey.

OhioLINK's new online search tool, Quick Search @ OhioLINK, allows users to search OhioLINK-licensed online resources simply and with reliable, library-quality results. This new search option saves time by allowing users to search multiple OhioLINK indexes and databases simultaneously and receive results in a unified display. Users can conduct a Quick Search (http://rave.ohiolink.edu/qs/quick) to search resources is a specific subject or discipline. For more advanced searches, the Multi-Database Search http://rave.ohiolink.edu/qs/multi enables users to customize a search.
Quick Search @ OhioLINK is for searching OhioLINK resources only. To access UC online indexes, databases, and full-text journal articles, visit www.libraries.uc.edu/research/articles, which in addition to UC-only resources, also contains links to shared OhioLINK resources. UC is investigating a similar tool for searching across UC and OhioLINK databases.
