Donor Recognition

All donors to University Libraries are recognized as Friends of University Libraries. Donors who contribute $50 or more to University Libraries receive library-wide borrowing privileges for one year, invitations to lectures, exhibits, and other special library events, and the libraries' newsletter, Source, published three times a year.

Donations to University Libraries may be made in conjunction with membership in the following UC donor recognition societies:

• The Charles McMicken Society for individual donors who support UC with an annual gift of $1,000 or more or a lifetime gift of $100,000 or more
• The Herman Schneider Legacy Society for donors who support UC with planned gifts, such as bequests, trusts, gift annuities, life insurance, or retirement assets.
