To OhioLINK Chat Reference
- Staffed by librarians throughout the state, including librarians
at the University of Cincinnati, the OhioLINK Chat Reference service
allows you to communicate with a librarian in real time through the
Internet.
- E-Mail Notices
- University Libraries sends hold pickup and hold cancellation notices
via e-mail so as to ensure prompt and efficient communication with
users. To receive e-mail notices, simply click on the left Quicklink
to "Your
Library Record." From there, enter your information to access
your account, then enter your e-mail address and click Submit.
- Ask A Reference Question
- Ask a question using our convenient online Ask
a Reference Question form. Users generally receive a response
within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Friday questions will be
answered Monday.
