MedlinePlus
MedlinePlus brings together authoritative information from NLM, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and other government agencies and health-related organizations.

PubMed Health
PubMed Health specializes in reviews of clinical effectiveness research, with easy-to-read summaries for consumers as well as full technical reports. Clinical effectiveness research finds answers to the question "What works?" in medical and health care. Provided by the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) at the U.S. National Library of Medicine (NLM).

HEAL (Health Education Assets Library)
HEAL's primary mission is to provide educators with high-quality and free multimedia materials (such as images and videos) to augment health sciences education. The current collection now consists of over 2,000 images, sounds, and videos covering the areas of dermatology, obstetrics and gynecology, neuroanatomy, neurology, pathology, biochemistry, and cardiology.

MERLOT (Multimedia Educational Resource for Learning and Online Teaching)
MERLOT is a free international cooperative for high quality online resources to improve learning and teaching within higher education. Links to online multimedia learning materials are collected here along with annotations such as peer reviews and assignments. The Science and Technology section includes Biology and Health Science materials.

State Of Ohio Medical Board

FREIDA Online is a database containing information on approximately 7,500 graduate medical education programs that are accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), as well as on 200 combined specialty programs. By defining and prioritizing various selection criteria, you can select several programs or focus on a specific program for viewing.

National Resident Matching Program (NRMP)
The National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) provides a uniform date of appointment to positions in graduate medical education (GME).  It provides an impartial venue for matching applicants' and programs' preferences for each other consistently.

FedStats
More than 70 agencies in the United States Federal Government produce statistics of interest to the public. The Federal Interagency Council on Statistical Policy maintains this site to provide easy access to the full range of statistics and information produced by these agencies for public use.

Health Care Indicators: Hospital, Employment, and Price Indicators for the Health Care Industry
Health Care Indicators contains data and analysis of recent trends in health care spending, employment, and prices.  The National Health Statistics Group tracks trends in health care related industries and presents this information quarterly.  These data are valuable for understanding the relationship between the health care sector and the overall economy.

National Center for Health Statistics
NCHS is the Federal Government's principal vital and health statistics agency. It is a part of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and includes include data on vital events as well as information on health status, lifestyle and exposure to unhealthy influences, the onset and diagnosis of illness and disability, and the use of health care.

National Health Statistics Reports These reports provide annual data summaries, present analyses of health topics, or present new information on methods or measurement issues. This replaces the Advance Data of Vital and Health Statistics.

National Vital Statistics System
The Nation's official vital statistics (births, deaths, marriages, divorces, and fetal deaths) are available here.

Safety and Health Statistics
The Bureau of Labor Statistics annually reports on the number of workplace injuries, illnesses, and fatalities.
