When you have a citation
Citations for books usually include the title of the book, its author, the date of publication, and other publishing information.
To find books held by UC libraries, go to the library home page and select “Library Catalog” under QuickLinks. Select the AUTHOR or TITLE tab and start your search.

When you are researching a topic
To find books held by UC libraries, go to the library home page and select “Library Catalog” under QuickLinks. Use the KEYWORD search screen or click the SUBJECT tab and start your search using your topic terms. Catalog search tips: Keyword, Subject . These tips that will help you if you are finding too little or too much information.
Books not available at UC
To find books not available at UC, go to the Catalogs page for a listing of selected regional, state, U.S. and international catalogs. Please make sure you search the UC Library Catalog first! See tips on requesting books from other UC libraries, from OhioLINK libraries and by Interlibrary Loan (ILL).
