Who May Use this Service?

What Type of Questions Can I Ask?

Brief, factual reference questions such as addresses of organizations and institutions, historical facts and dates, checking bibliographies citations, birth dates, and where to begin to look for information on a topic.

Library users requiring in-depth questions can request an appointment with a subject librarian.

How Long Will It Take to Get an Answer?

Generally, queries will be responded to within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday. Friday questions will be answered on Monday. Users requiring faster service should telephone the library at (513) 556-1855 or visit the library in person.
